TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE
A minimum order charge of £10 + P&P is applicable with all orders.
DELIVERIES
Normal delivery service will be 48hr carrier. Overnight deliveries are
available on request. Carriage paid
on orders minimum net value £150.00 (UK Mainland). Orders for next day
delivery must be received by 2pm.
RETURN OF GOODS
Goods will only be accepted for return and credit if prior authorisation
has been given and proof of our
receipt has been provided. Goods incorrectly ordered and returned for
credit will be subject to a 15%
handling charge plus any freight costs incurred in sending and returning
goods.
Claims will not be accepted unless we have been advised within 7 days of
receipt that goods are faulty or not required due to incorrect ordering.
Claims for short shipment of goods should be advised within 48 hrs. After
this time no claims can be considered. Please quote despatch note number
on all queries.
PRICING
All prices are subject to amendment without prior notice. Prices are
subject to VAT at current rates.
Quantity discounts are available on certain items.
PAYMENT
Standard terms on approved accounts 30 days, or monthly account. Major
Credit cards also accepted.
NEW
ACCOUNTS
First order pro forma or cash with order. We reserve the right to charge
interest on overdue accounts as per our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE,
which are available on request.
TITLE
All goods remain the property of Garfitts International Ltd until full
payment for same has been received by us. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
apply.
